Please ensure that all items are accompanied with full details of the sender, and a detailed description of the problem. In the case of clinical equipment a decontamination certificate for the items must also be included. This is particularly important for catheter tip transducers or any other items that have come into contact with body fluids. We will first evaluate the item and then provide an indication of the cost, we will always need a purchase order before proceeding with repairs.
