General PurposeLuer Fitting Pressure Transducers

An end-mounted sensor within an electrically isolated titanium shell for measuring physiological pressures

The transducer's extremely small sensing area and volume displacement allow for excellent frequency response.

This transducer, for measuring physiological pressures externally, has an end-mounted sensor within an electrically isolated titanium shell which is tapered to match standard female luer locking fittings. It is supplied with a captive luer lock nut.

The transducer weighs less than 4gm and can be operated with a wide range of pressure amplifiers.

Sterilisation is by means of cold aqueous solutions of detergicide (e.g. Cidex) or by ethylene oxide gas. Do not use sodium hypochlorite solution.
